Time for another giveaway! Authentic Foods has offered to give away three FREE products to one lucky winner! They are as follows:
Authentic Foods Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake Mix: With the Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake Mix, you can make a decadent gluten free chocolate cake in no time flat. Just add eggs, oil and warm water and bake! In no time you’ll be enjoying a moist cake filled with the best rich cocoa. This mix makes one large 9 inch layer cake or two smaller 9 inch layer cakes.
Authentic Foods Blueberry Muffin Mix: Featured as the Best Gluten Free Muffin Mix in Rachael Ray’s March 2011 Magazine, this mix is an easy way to make a delicious breakfast treat for a Sunday brunch or any day of the week. It is made with the best quality superfine gluten free flours and plump, dried blueberries from Washington to make sure each blueberry muffin is better than just “gluten free”.
Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour: The Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour is fabulous wheat flour substitute using a combination of our signature superfine flours. It can be substituted for wheat flour, almost cup for cup in any recipe (3/4 cup Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour = 1 cup wheat flour). When using this flour, there is no need to add additional xanthan gum because the mixture already contains xanthan gum!
The Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour Recipe comes from the book, Cooking Gluten-Free! By Karen Robertson. In the book, this flour mix is called Wendy Wark’s Gluten-Free Flour Mix. For those of you who use this book, we make this flour for you, so you do not have to buy all the ingredients and mix it yourself.
With this flour you can make all kinds of baked goods ranging from pancakes to pie crusts to cakes and even breads!
