Breakfasts
Sunday – Pancakes, Turkey Bacon
Monday – Scrambled Eggs, Banana Bread Muffins (recipe coming in my eBook!)
Tuesday – Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bake, fruit
Wednesday – Pizza Omelets, Fruit
Thursday – Leftover Breakfast Casserole
Friday – PB Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal, Turkey Bacon
Saturday – Breakfast Sausage Quiche, fruit

Lunches
Sunday – Chicken, Potatoes and Green Beans
Monday through Friday – Leftovers
Saturday – Vegetable Beef Soup, Cheeseball/GF crackers

Dinners
I’ll be trying something new this week: Trying to use my crock pot for each dinner! I will be reviewing Ginger Lemon Girl’s The Everything Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Cookbook (and giving away a copy, so stay tuned!) and I want to try out some of her recipes! So every day except Sunday I’m going to attempt to do a slow cooker recipe that is new to us! 
Sunday – Picnic with family (taking chips/dip and drinks)
Monday – Red Beans and Rice in the Slow Cooker
Tuesday – Classic Minestrone Soup in the Slow Cooker, Sweet Corn Muffins
Wednesday – Easy Italian Spaghetti in the Slow Cooker, Gluten-Free French Bread
Thursday – Tamale Pie in the Slow Cooker, canned peaches
Friday – Italian Wedding Soup in the Slow Cooker, Gluten-Free Blueberry Muffins
Saturday – Red Wine Pot Roast in the Slow Cooker, applesauce

As with all recipes, make sure your ingredients are gluten-free and meet your family’s dietary needs!
