Our Weekly Menu Plan

For those of you who actually pay attention ;) you may notice that this week’s menu plan is almost identical to last week’s. That is because this past week has been very interesting for us, due to Kayla having an emergency appendectomy. We had lots of people bringing meals, and we did a good bit of “grabbing on the go” as we ran out the door. So this week we will do a lot of what I intended to do last week. I must say, life rarely goes as planned! 

Breakfasts
Sunday - Eggs and Potatoes, fruit
Monday – Breakfast Sausage Quiche, fruit
Tuesday – Pancakes, Bacon
Wednesday – Baked Oatmeal, Sausage
Thursday – Breakfast “Egg Muffins”, fruit
Friday – Hard-boiled eggs, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Saturday – Pancakes from leftover batter, Bacon 

Lunches
Sunday – Ham, Green Beans & PotatoesSweet Corn Muffins
Monday through Friday – Leftovers
Saturday –  Cheesy Hamburger Potato Soup, Cheese Ball and GF crackers 

Dinners
Sunday – Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, Frozen Veggies
Monday – Leftover Pumpkin Chili from last week, Sweet Corn Muffins
Tuesday – Beans & Rice, Frozen Veggies
Wednesday – Vegetable Beef Soup, Cheese Ball & GF Crackers
Thursday – Slow Cooker Maple Chicken with Sweet Potatoes
Friday – Creamy Chicken over Rice (recipe coming!)
Saturday – Venison Stroganoff (recipe coming!), Frozen Veggies

As with all recipes, make sure your ingredients are gluten-free and meet your family’s dietary needs!
