Gluten Free Drug Resources

Here is a list of some of the resources I use when investigating whether or not a medication or supplement is gluten free.  These are not exhaustive lists, and are not compiled by me.  They are usually compiled by a group of people who, without reimbursement, have volunteered their time to contact multiple companies as a free services to those with gluten free needs.  Since this information is subject to change at any time without notice, reliability is not guaranteed.

These lists are to be used as a helpful guide only, and are not intended as medical advice.  As always, you are responsible for consulting your doctor regarding concerns about gluten free drugs, whether prescription or over the counter.

CVS
CVS maintains a GF list of their over-the-counter products. You can call Customer Relations at 888-607-4287 for the GF status of any particular product they carry. They will not send you the list (as of 10/26/06) because “the products change too often”.
